Get your Shisha home delivery in Hong Kong on the same day you place your order. We're proud to offer free same-day delivery on orders over HKD 999 and placed on Monday to Friday before 11:00am.

Same-day shisha delivery applies across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & parts of New Territories only (*except for next day & remote areas).

Please note that there are no deliveries on public holidays.

Office Delivery

You can get your order delivered to your office, no problem. Just place your order before 11:00am to ensure same-day shisha flavor delivery; otherwise, we will deliver it the next day during office hours. 

To help us assure you same day shisha delivery, please note the office hours in the notes at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently provide international shipping.

 

Returns Policy

Our Commitment

Hookah Hutt is committed to providing the very best tobacco-free shisha flavors, Shishas, Shisha Charcoal and a whole range of Shisha products in Hong Kong and fulfilling your orders is very important to us. However, there may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order.

Re-Delivery

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second delivery to be made (e.g. an incorrect address was provided)  a redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts. If Hookah Hutt is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.

Returns

Due to the fragile nature of Shisha and tobacco-free flavors we do not accept returns. If we require you to return goods to Hookah Hutt, we will arrange for the return shipping costs to be paid by Hookah Hutt. If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price, including all shipping costs.

Refunds

Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of The Store and it may take approximately 5-7 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
